For the Enhanced Appointment Scheduler, how do I remove locks that prevent me from accessing a specific schedule on a specific date?
If a schedule gets locked, you can delete the lock(s). Go to SCHEDULING --> SCHEDULER SETUP --> ENHANCED LOCKS.
You will see this screen:
Highlight the date, then click DELETE. Answer YES and the lock is removed.
Ideally, there should only be current locks listed on this form. If you see old locks that have been been removed, it's safe to delete them.
