billables. And the Departures Screen makes the payment process a breeze. With
easy to use drop-down menus, a procedures code for today’s visit can
automatically fill in the patient’s record and the balance due is calculated for

Daybook is prepared each morning and closes at the end of the day.
Whenever a payment is entered through a pet or client record whether it's
for a service, a purchase of stock or a payment on an account balance, the
Daybook will be calculating totals in the background awaiting the close of your

preparation is just as quick and easy.

Both stock and pharmaceuticals include adjustable reorder points that
notify you when your product reaches this critical order point. You can
include the level of detail needed for coding, units of measure, cost per
unit, order numbers, UPC Codes and various suppliers. The system will
determine the fees needed to acquire your predefined profit margin. You can
set the desired supplier, monitor specials and automatically deplete
inventory as sales are completed and proformas performed. All past orders
are maintained, to allow historical assessment, and the ammunition to
bargain with suppliers for better prices!
