The Daybook is prepared each morning and closes at the end of the day.  Whenever a payment is entered through a pet or client record whether its for a service, a purchase of stock or a payment on an account balance, the Daybook will be calculating totals in the background awaiting the close of your business day!  And deposit preparation is just as quick and easy.
